What is LowRoute?

LowRoute is a navigation app built specifically for lowriders, slammed cars, and other low-clearance vehicles. It uses community-reported hazard data to help you find the safest routes and avoid road damage.

How do I report a hazard?

Tap the "Report Hazard" button on the map screen. Select the hazard type, set the severity, add an optional photo, and submit. Your report will be visible to other LowRoute users immediately.

What does LowRoute Pro include?

How do I manage my subscription?

Go to Settings in the app, then tap "Manage Subscription." You can view your current plan, renewal date, and manage billing through your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your device's app store. On iOS, go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. On Android, go to Google Play Store > Subscriptions. You can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your billing period.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings in the app and tap "Delete Account." This will permanently remove your account and all associated data including hazard reports, messages, listings, and friend connections.

Is my location data shared?

Your location is used to display the map and nearby hazards. If you enable live location sharing, your position is visible to your friends on the map. You can disable location sharing at any time in Settings. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
